Operator and scope
The website is operated by Claritas Technology, registered in Limbe, Cameroon, with a business contact address at Ngeme Stadium Entrance, Limbe, Southwest Region, Cameroon. These terms apply to browsing the website and using its contact features. Separate contracts, statements of work and product terms govern services or applications you purchase or use.
Using this website
You may browse public information and contact us for a lawful business or professional purpose. If you act for an organisation, you are responsible for having authority to share its information and make requests on its behalf. You do not need to accept optional cookies to browse or send an inquiry. If you disagree with these terms, you should not use the website's interactive services.
Inquiries, quotes and contracts
A contact submission, automated reference, call or discussion does not itself create a service contract or guarantee availability, price or delivery. A proposal becomes binding only in accordance with its written acceptance terms. Before work begins, the parties agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, fees, payment terms, timetable and acceptance criteria. Any change to an agreed scope is handled under that agreement.
Project responsibilities
Clients must provide authorised access, accurate requirements, necessary materials and decisions required by the agreed project. Third-party licences, hosting, hardware, telecommunications, app-store accounts and ongoing support are included only where the proposal says so. Security, automation and data services depend on the environment and information available; no general website statement guarantees that a system is error-free or immune to attack.
Training and certification
Training scope, prerequisites, dates, fees and cancellation arrangements are specified when booking. Preparation for an external certification does not mean Claritas is the awarding body or guarantee examination success. Exam registration, awarding-body requirements and fees are separate unless expressly included. Published figures describe the stated training activity and are not a promise of an individual result.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, bypass security or rate limits, send spam, impersonate someone else, scrape personal information, upload malicious files or infringe another person's rights. Do not submit secrets or material you lack permission to disclose. We may restrict abusive use and take proportionate steps to protect the service and other users.
Your submissions
You retain your rights in materials you submit. You authorise us to use and share them with necessary service providers for responding to your inquiry or carrying out agreed work. Sending a form does not create a special confidentiality agreement. If a project needs a non-disclosure agreement or a secure transfer channel, arrange it before sending commercially sensitive material. We handle personal information as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property and imagery
Our original website content and branding, and third-party materials used under licence, remain protected by their respective owners' rights. You may view and link to public pages for ordinary informational purposes. Reproduction, resale or misleading use of branding requires the relevant permission. Stock photographs illustrate professional scenarios and do not identify our actual employees, clients or installed projects.
Projects and external products
Prototype, demonstration and concept labels explain the status of portfolio items. Dashboard values and illustrative designs do not establish customer results. A project image or external link is not a warranty that a product is released, available in every location or suitable for your requirements. External websites, apps, payment services and communication platforms may impose separate terms.
Availability and corrections
We aim to keep information useful and accurate but may correct, update or remove content. Maintenance, connectivity problems or third-party failures can interrupt access. Contact us if a statement is unclear before relying on it for a purchase or project decision. The website does not replace a tailored technical assessment or signed agreement.
Liability and mandatory protections
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of or inability to access this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud. Liability for commissioned services is governed by the applicable contract and mandatory law; these website terms do not silently change that contract.
Governing law and resolving concerns
These website terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Please first send a concern to [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, disputes may be brought before the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. We do not require you to give up a non-waivable right to use another competent forum.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and effective date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an already signed service agreement. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
