Cloud Computing & Migration

Plan a cloud migration or improve an existing environment with clear ownership. We assess workloads, security, backup and operating costs before agreeing a staged implementation.

What we provide

Cloud adoption can reproduce existing complexity, create unexpected costs or leave security and ownership unclear when migration begins without a defined operating model.

  • Cloud readiness and workload assessment
  • Architecture and migration planning
  • Application and data deployment foundations
  • Identity, backup and monitoring baselines
  • Cost visibility and operational documentation

We assess workloads and constraints, choose an appropriate target pattern, plan migration in stages and define how access, monitoring, backup and cost review will work after launch.

Who it helps

  • Growing teams outgrowing informal hosting
  • Organisations planning a staged cloud migration
  • Product teams preparing a reliable deployment foundation
  • Businesses that need clearer backup and continuity practices

Intended outcomes

  • A clear cloud-readiness and migration plan
  • Documented access, backup and monitoring responsibilities
  • A more repeatable deployment foundation

Scope, prerequisites and handover

Before work starts, we agree the users, authorised access, deliverables, budget and acceptance criteria. Documentation, user handover and support are defined in the proposed scope; licences, equipment and third-party fees are identified separately.

From Limbe, we support SMEs, startups and teams in Cameroon and assess remote engagements for international clients, including the United States. On-site work depends on location and prior agreement; an overseas office or local installation service is not implied.

How we work together

Common questions

Which cloud provider should we choose?

That decision follows workload, skills, location, compliance, integration and cost analysis. We keep the architecture portable where a provider-specific feature is not justified.

Can everything move at once?

A staged migration is usually safer. Dependencies, data transfer, downtime, validation and rollback must be understood before grouping workloads into migration waves.

Does cloud automatically make a system secure?

No. Providers secure parts of the platform, while configuration, identities, application code, data handling and operations remain shared responsibilities.
