IT consulting, infrastructure and support

Move beyond repeated IT fixes with a practical roadmap for devices, networks, access and support. We review your current environment and prioritise improvements around business risk and budget.

What we provide

Illustrative scene: IT consulting and network troubleshooting

Disconnected purchases and urgent fixes can consume budget without resolving underlying process, information, security or capability gaps.

IT Consulting

Translate business priorities into a sequenced technology roadmap with visible dependencies, risks and ownership.

  • Technology and digital-maturity assessment
  • Architecture and platform-option review
  • Digital-transformation roadmap development
  • Requirements, vendor and implementation support
  • Governance, risk and adoption planning

We assess current operations and systems, align stakeholders around priorities and create a staged roadmap that balances value, feasibility, risk and adoption.

Unclear inventories, inconsistent setup and reactive support make outages harder to diagnose and leave access, backup and maintenance gaps hidden.

Infrastructure & Support

Improve the reliability, supportability and security of the technology people depend on each day.

  • Infrastructure and workplace-technology assessment
  • Network, device and account baseline planning
  • Backup and continuity workflow improvement
  • Support intake, triage and documentation
  • Maintenance, access review and lifecycle planning

We establish a practical baseline for devices, networks, accounts, backups and support workflows, then prioritise improvements around operational risk.

Who it helps

  • SMEs deciding where to invest in technology
  • Organisations modernising fragmented systems
  • Leaders evaluating a major digital initiative
  • Teams that need independent requirements and roadmap support

Intended outcomes

  • A shared view of current technology priorities
  • A clearer view of assets and critical dependencies

Scope, prerequisites and handover

Before work starts, we agree the users, authorised access, deliverables, budget and acceptance criteria. Documentation, user handover and support are defined in the proposed scope; licences, equipment and third-party fees are identified separately.

From Limbe, we support SMEs, startups and teams in Cameroon and assess remote engagements for international clients, including the United States. On-site work depends on location and prior agreement; an overseas office or local installation service is not implied.

How we work together

Common questions

Do we need a full transformation programme?

Not necessarily. A focused assessment can identify one or two practical priorities and avoid creating a programme larger than the organisation can support.

Can you review a vendor proposal?

Yes. We can compare scope, assumptions, dependencies, operating costs and acceptance criteria against your stated need without inventing certainty where evidence is missing.

Will you recommend specific products?

Where useful, after requirements and decision criteria are defined. Recommendations should remain transparent about trade-offs and dependencies.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Support scope can be defined after an environment assessment, including covered systems, service hours, request channels, responsibilities and exclusions.

Can you fix one urgent issue?

A focused intervention may be possible, but access, safety and the boundary of responsibility must be clear. We will not present an emergency workaround as a complete infrastructure review.

Will you document our setup?

Documentation is a core deliverable for agreed scope, with sensitive details handled through appropriate access controls rather than public files.
